Event Rental Details


75 people inside house with 175 additional outside. Total Max: 250

(Parties in excess of 75 people must rent a tent)


Rental includes use of patio and grounds; house including first floor foyer, large kitchen, living room, solarium, dining room, butler’s pantry (small kitchen), breakfast room and hallway to the kitchen and restroom. If the rental is for a wedding, dressing rooms for the bride and groom are provided at no extra charge. Images of rooms are on website here.


Available Hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 10:00pm

Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm

Saturday 9:00am – 11:00pm

Sunday 10:00am – 10:00pm


Entertainment must cease at all events by 10:00pm. 



A police officer must be hired for all events.


Food and Drink

Food may be served but cannot be prepared on the premises. Tudor House has a serving license only. There is a small kitchen (butler’s pantry) with a sink and counter space and a large kitchen with a sink, stove and counter space. Images of kitchen facilities can be found here.


Alcoholic beverages are permitted.



You may use available chairs and tables at no extra charge. We currently have:

  • 32 White Folding Chairs 

  • 5  Oblong Tables (6')

  • 4  8ft Oblong Tables (8')

  • 18 37in Square Plastic Tables (37"x37")
